A referral service
PalmCoastLandClearing.com puts property owners in Flagler County, Florida in touch with independent contractors. It doesn't clear, mulch, grade, grind or burn anything itself, and the contractors it refers aren't its employees.
Not affiliated with any government
The site is named for the City of Palm Coast, Florida, but it has no connection to the City of Palm Coast, Flagler County, the City of Bunnell, the City of Flagler Beach, the Town of Beverly Beach, or any state agency. Permits are issued only by those offices.
How the site is paid
Contractors pay to receive referrals or to advertise on this site. Property owners never pay anything.
One contractor per request
Each request goes to a single contractor who serves your area, not to a list of companies.
Contractors are responsible for their work
The contractor you hire is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties, and any agreement is between you and the contractor. This site does not check licenses or insurance. Florida's construction licensing law doesn't require state registration for work that doesn't substantially correspond to one of its contractor categories; where part of a job does, you can look up the license on the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Verify a License search. Ask any contractor for a certificate of liability insurance before work starts.
